Pilote Moyens et Validation

About the role

The Pilot of Means and Validation will coordinate the physical phases of automotive projects at ALTEN Maroc. You will be responsible for planning, monitoring and delivering prototype and validation resources from early prototypes to series production vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and lead the physical project phases, ensuring alignment with the project roadmap.
• Prepare and update detailed planning and quality grids for each milestone.
• Manage prototype means, track budgets, and guarantee delivery to end‑users.
• Order shuttle vehicles for SRUB & pre‑VRS and maintain vehicle park objectives.
• Conduct KPI reporting, maintain dashboards and support technical review meetings.
• Apply project management standards and contribute lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate validation means, from early validation tools to series vehicles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering or a related technical field.
• Entry‑level experience (less than 1 year) in automotive design or project coordination.
• Strong communication skills in French and good relational abilities.
• Interest in automotive products and basic understanding of automotive design phases.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fundamentals of project management.
• Knowledge of automotive prototype and validation processes.
