Planning Associate – Manufacturing Services

About the role

JTI is looking for a proactive Planning Associate to join the Manufacturing Services team in Tetuan, Morocco. You will be responsible for coordinating mid‑ and short‑term production plans that align with market demand and factory capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adjust monthly production plans based on updated market requirements and plant constraints.
• Maintain accurate production reports and ensure data integrity across planning systems.
• Schedule new projects, verify material readiness, and support launch dates.
• Manage write‑offs for obsolete or discontinued SKUs to optimise inventory levels.
• Maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing data, and release production orders in SAP.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a planning or supply‑chain role, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required, French and Arabic a plus.
