Plant Engineering Leader – Automotive

About the role

Lear is seeking a Plant Engineering Leader to drive automotive projects at its Kenitra facility. You will guide a multidisciplinary engineering team, ensuring timely delivery of new vehicle programs while meeting budget and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and accelerate project timelines to meet customer milestones.
• Lead the launch of new automotive projects and support plant efficiency targets.
• Coordinate preparation for customer milestones and manage capital‑expenditure (CAPEX) initiatives.
• Implement customer‑requested changes and specifications in line with program schedules.
• Introduce new technologies and work methods to reduce labor and improve productivity.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical or related).
• Minimum 4 years of automotive project management experience.
• Hands‑on wiring experience is mandatory.
• Strong project‑management competencies and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
