PLM / Test Engineer

About the role

ALTEN Maroc is seeking a PLM/Test Engineer to join its validation team in Rabat. The role focuses on coordinating test activities, managing PLM and JIRA tasks, and ensuring that vehicle and part orders meet project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Assign and validate test norms, Catnet, PLM, and JIRA tasks in collaboration with TPM/ITPL.
• Create and revise test lists together with test engineers and service design teams.
• Define and monitor PIV creation based on vehicle orders, phases, and functional scopes.
• Update validation results in program decks and KPI dashboards, and review presentation materials.
• Collect and analyze project requirements to guarantee comprehensive test coverage.
• Estimate resources, lead progress meetings, and support issue triage and escalation.
• Prepare KPI decks and provide regular progress reports to top management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering or related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in validation processes within the automotive sector.
• Strong analytical abilities to translate requirements into test plans.
• Leadership and coordination skills for cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in English.
