PLM & Validation Project Engineer (normes de test)

About the role

The PLM & Validation Project Engineer will coordinate validation activities for vehicle projects, ensuring test standards, PLM, and JIRA processes are correctly applied. You will act as a bridge between validation engineers, TPM/ITPL, and project teams to guarantee milestone delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assign test‑norm, Catnet, PLM and JIRA tasks to validation engineers and interface with TPM/ITPL for vehicle/part orders.
• Collaborate with test engineers and service design to create and revise test lists.
• Ensure program performance engineers meet all milestone deliverables, including PIV creation and KPI monitoring.
• Update validation results in program decks and KPI dashboards; review and approve presentation materials.
• Collect and analyse project requirements to guarantee comprehensive test coverage.
• Define detailed validation project plans, estimate required FTE, and identify critical paths.
• Support issue‑triage and escalation meetings; lead progress meetings with SSTM, PM, CCVP, CX, and vehicle teams.
• Prepare KPI decks and provide daily/weekly progress reports to top management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in validation, test‑norm processes, or automotive projects.
• Strong analytical ability to translate requirements into test plans.
• Leadership and team‑coordination skills.
• Experience in KPI planning, tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in English.
