About the role

As part of strengthening governance and accelerating transformation projects, a leading organization is looking for a Central PMO to steer its strategic project portfolio and support the implementation of its roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and manage the portfolio of strategic projects.
• Define and implement project management standards, methods and tools.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks and performance indicators.
• Prepare and facilitate governance bodies (steering committees, project committees, portfolio reviews).
• Support business units in scoping, steering and delivering their projects.
• Map and optimise organisational processes.
• Produce executive dashboards for senior management.
• Contribute to transformation programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure clear, structured communication around projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 5‑10 years of proven experience in a PMO, portfolio management or transformation role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, organisational and synthesis abilities.
• Cross‑functional leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
