PMO Support Consultant - Digital Payments

About the role

We are looking for an onsite PMO Support Consultant to coordinate the implementation and integration of merchant services and partnerships for our Marketplace initiative. The role will provide structured project governance, manage stakeholder coordination, document requirements and ensure regulatory and contractual activities are tracked through to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end merchant and partner integrations across business, operational, regulatory, legal and technical workstreams.
• Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, action logs, risk and issue logs, dependency trackers and status dashboards.
• Gather, structure and document business and implementation requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Support regulatory, tax, currency‑change, compliance and governance activities linked to merchant partnerships.
• Organise working sessions, governance meetings and weekly progress reviews, documenting decisions, owners and next steps.

Required profile

• Proven PMO, project coordination or project management experience within banking, fintech, payments or digital partnerships.
• Fluent in English and French for coordination with local and regional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or a related field (Master’s preferred).
