About the role

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the pool area, including cleaning, water quality checks, and equipment upkeep.
• Assist guests with poolside requests, such as towels, refreshments, and safety instructions.
• Monitor pool safety, enforce rules, and respond promptly to any incidents.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare and present poolside amenities, ensuring they meet the hotel’s luxury standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum high school (Bac) education.
• Proven experience in a similar pool or hospitality role.
• Strong command of French and English.
