About the role
Join a prestigious 5‑star hotel in Agadir as a Pool Butler, providing exceptional service to guests enjoying the hotel’s pool facilities. You will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while delivering a memorable experience that reflects the hotel’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the pool area, including cleaning, water quality checks, and equipment upkeep.
- Assist guests with poolside requests, such as towels, refreshments, and safety instructions.
- Monitor pool safety, enforce rules, and respond promptly to any incidents.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and present poolside amenities, ensuring they meet the hotel’s luxury standards.
Required profile
- Diploma in hospitality or restaurant management.
- Minimum high school (Bac) education.
- Proven experience in a similar pool or hospitality role.
- Strong command of French and English.
