About the role

As a Pool Maintenance Technician at Hilton, you will ensure that hotel pools and spas are clean, safe, and operating flawlessly, contributing to memorable guest experiences. Your daily work will combine routine inspections, equipment upkeep, and inventory management within a vibrant hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

Perform daily inspections of pools and spas, maintaining water clarity and proper chemical balance.
Inspect and verify the functionality of all pool equipment components, addressing any issues promptly.
Track pool‑maintenance supplies, prepare purchase requisitions, and coordinate approvals with department managers.
Document completed inspections, repairs, and any outstanding concerns for follow‑up.
