Preplanning Coordinator

About the role

Aptiv is looking for a Preplanning Coordinator to plan, develop, supervise and control activities related to the pre‑planning and launch of new projects at its Kenitra facility. You will define production processes, support start‑up curves and ensure performance targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Validate, manage and regularly update the layout of new projects on the factory floor.
• Monitor PFMEA planning and maintain the associated action plan.
• Analyze engineering changes, assess impact on mounting methods and equipment capacity, and coordinate approvals.
• Supervise data collection and analysis to identify investment and productivity optimisation opportunities.
• Pilot and propose realistic solutions for production flow design and method definition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Very good command of English and French.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership skills with the ability to analyse and synthesize information.
