About the role

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is looking for a senior policy professional to design and deliver donor‑funded technical‑cooperation projects and policy dialogue in Morocco and Tunisia. The role works closely with banking colleagues to embed gender equality, skills development and economic inclusion into EBRD investments, and sits within the Regional Policy and Strategy team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage gender, skills and inclusion technical‑cooperation projects.
• Lead policy dialogue with governments, regulators, clients and development partners.
• Oversee consultants, ensure timely delivery, produce donor reports and demonstrate impact.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in economics, international relations, international development or a related field.
• Proven experience managing donor‑funded projects and consultancy‑based delivery.
• Expertise in policy, development, inclusion or gender issues.
• Excellent command of English and French.
