Process Engineer – Injection Molding (CS)

About the role

The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining injection molding processes to ensure high-quality production, efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine molding parameters to improve cycle time, reduce scrap, and ensure consistent product quality.
• Support new mold introduction, tooling validation, and troubleshoot mold‑related issues.
• Define and develop specifications for injection molding machines and related automation equipment.
• Assist operators with machine setup, adjustments, and problem‑solving during production runs.
• Implement scientific molding principles to meet customer specifications and reduce defects.
• Lead lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process standardization initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain process sheets, work instructions, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality, and supply chain teams for new product launches and ongoing production.

Required profile

• Engineer degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, or Plastics Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in injection molding processes, preferably in automotive, electronics, or packaging industries.
