About the role
Join TE as a Process Engineering Method Support professional and work across the full manufacturing lifecycle. You will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure processes meet safety, sustainability, and connectivity goals while adhering to industry regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Compile systematic diagrams, reports, and failure summaries to guide process optimization.
- Participate in and monitor manufacturing processes, implementing operation standards and production regulations.
- Reschedule manufacturing tasks among technicians to address requirement variances.
- Guide junior technicians on equipment operation, maintenance, and provide training as needed.
- Support each phase of the manufacturing process while following appropriate guidelines and standards.
Required profile
- 4‑5 years or more of related work experience.
- High school diploma required; AA degree or equivalent preferred.
