Process Technology Production Engineer

About the role

The Process Technology Production Engineer will lead the implementation of new projects and process improvements within our manufacturing plant in the Oriental Region. You will work closely with production teams, customers, and engineering to ensure capacity growth, cost efficiency, and high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Manage investment budgets for plant capacity extension projects and conduct equipment capacity analyses.
• Implement new projects and processes according to the company’s development plan and customer specifications.
• Evaluate and apply customer and engineering changes, identifying bottlenecks and resolving issues promptly.
• Lead Lean initiatives to improve efficiency, save space, and reduce costs.
• Motivate and guide the production team around business KPIs and ensure an agile, collaborative work environment.
• Support production during quality incidents or improvement projects, developing work instructions and new standards using a Lean approach.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a process engineer or method‑responsible role, preferably with a harness maker.
• Strong sense of responsibility, leadership skills, and flexibility.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
