Product Marketing Specialist

About the role

Eaton’s Electrical division in Morocco is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to drive growth of the Heinemann business. The role will support product promotion and develop sales enablement tools that empower CSO and authorized channel partners to increase revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing communication concepts, campaigns, and tools aligned with short‑ and long‑term growth objectives.
• Create and manage collateral, presentations, trade‑show materials, newsletters, and digital assets.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, leverage social media channels, and use analytics to inform strategy.
• Coordinate with remote design teams (e.g., India) and oversee vendor relationships to activate marketing programs.
• Ensure all sales channels and partners have up‑to‑date tools, content, and customer insights to effectively sell products.
• Maintain and distribute marketing assets across business units and partners.
• Establish, monitor, and analyze program metrics and budgets, aligning results with agreed KPIs.
• Collect and share market intelligence for the global Heinemann hydraulic‑magnetic circuit breaker portfolio.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing (preferred).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience collaborating with field sales, engineering, and product management teams.
• Ability to balance customer needs with marketing communication expectations.
