Production Manager

About the role

Lear Corporation is seeking a Production Manager for its Rabat Electronics Plant. You will lead the manufacturing team, ensure production targets are met, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly KPIs such as efficiency, output, scrap, RPPM, IPPM and WIP.
• Lead and manage production supervisors to achieve quality and customer‑delivery expectations.
• Develop and execute action plans to meet forecasted production commitments and WIP inventory targets.
• Collaborate with the quality department on problem‑solving and maintain IATF and LPOF green status.
• Support layout changes, line flexibility and ramp‑up of new product launches.
• Promote safety action plans and drive a culture of continuous improvement, including weekly/monthly reviews, CI training, Kaizen events and monthly rewards.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• 4‑10 years of experience in a similar production management role.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and team‑building abilities.
• Proven experience implementing continuous improvement or lean methodologies.
• Fluent in French and English with high communication skills.
