Product/Test Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Product/Test Technician to join our cross‑functional team. In this role you will help translate customer requirements into practical product solutions, support testing activities and contribute to continuous improvement of our offerings. You will work closely with engineers, quality specialists and customers to ensure product reliability and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the impact of enhancements to existing products.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and communicate product specifications and configurations.
• Assist senior team members in removing roadblocks and fixing equipment malfunctions that affect production and testing.
• Document test results and provide feedback for product improvement.
• Mentor junior colleagues to boost team efficiency and expertise.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma; an Associate degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to learn.
