Project Manager – Business Change Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager – Business Change Manager to lead the people side of large‑scale IT infrastructure transformations. You will partner with technical architects and business units to ensure smooth adoption of cloud, network and security initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute structured change management strategies, including communications, training, sponsorship and resistance management for infrastructure rollouts.
• Identify, engage and coordinate key stakeholders across business and technical teams, acting as the bridge between architects and end‑users.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments for migrations (e.g., on‑premise to AWS/Azure) and network security upgrades.
• Create clear, jargon‑free communication plans that explain the why, when and how of technical changes.
• Partner with learning teams to design and deliver training that up‑skills employees on new platforms and tools.
• Proactively detect resistance points and implement targeted mitigation tactics.
• Monitor adoption rates and proficiency metrics to ensure expected ROI and benefits realization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of dedicated change management experience within IT infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to apply structured methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter or CCMP.
• Strong technical literacy in cloud, DevOps, SaaS/PaaS, network security and data centre concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business impact.
• Influential and empathetic, capable of supporting senior leaders and teams experiencing change fatigue.
