About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a civil engineering background to lead and deliver construction projects across Morocco. The role involves overseeing all phases from initiation to hand‑over, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, quality and contractual requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception through completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to align objectives.
- Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, risks and quality standards.
- Review progress regularly and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Handle contractual and commercial matters related to project delivery.
- Travel across Morocco as required to supervise site activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10–15 years of proven project management experience in the construction sector.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Solid understanding of project delivery processes, contracts and commercial management.
- Willingness to travel throughout Morocco.
- Fluency in both French and English.
