Project Manager – Electrical Systems & Integration

About the role

IGATOM is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical system projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The role combines on‑site supervision with office‑based planning, offering a hybrid work environment in Casablanca.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Supervise installation activities, verify compliance with technical specifications, and oversee inspections.
• Monitor safety and quality standards, prepare status reports and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with logistics and expediting teams to resolve delivery issues and optimize site resources.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience managing electrical systems projects, including low‑ and high‑voltage installations.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
