Project Manager

About the role

Envision Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery, installation and commissioning of wind turbine projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal project team activities at Envision headquarters for assigned wind turbine projects.
• Manage project deliveries, secure customer acceptance, and coordinate with the overall project leader.
• Monitor supply chain, plan resources, and hire site technician roles.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on commercial and technical issues.
• Track project results, identify risks, and report to Envision Energy management.
• Facilitate escalation of roadblocks and participate in action‑plan definition.
• Organise and attend project management meetings covering safety, planning, quality, risk, forecasting and actions.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification (engineering or related field).
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager on large infrastructure projects.
• Mandatory experience in the wind industry.
• Strong knowledge of people and project management methods, commercial management, and excellent English communication skills.
