About the role
Concentrix is looking for a Project Manager to lead IT transition projects for its clients. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to closure and hand‑over to business and IT operations, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, timeline and budget.
Key responsibilities
- Accountable for successful client IT transitions.
- Manage projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure and hand‑over.
- Apply agreed project‑management methodologies and maintain required documentation.
- Ensure governance, tracking, monitoring, reporting and communication are in place.
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks and issues.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing IT projects through their complete lifecycle.
- Strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders and maintain effective communication.
- Capability to enforce governance, track performance and report status.
- Detail‑oriented approach to ensure projects stay within scope, schedule and budget.
