Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives across product, engineering, operations and external partners. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and with clear stakeholder visibility while supporting our fast‑growing event ticketing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project planning, including scope, milestones, timeline and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain project governance cadences and delivery rhythms.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Track and manage dependencies across internal teams, vendors and external partners.
• Control scope changes through structured change control processes.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation such as project plans, schedules, meeting minutes and handover packs.
• Produce concise dashboards and executive summaries highlighting risks, dependencies and key decisions.
• Utilise Smartsheet and/or Odoo Projects for planning, tracking and reporting, and work with Jira to collaborate with engineering teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 4–7+ years of project management experience in technology, SaaS or platform environments.
• Proven track record delivering cross‑functional projects involving engineering and product teams.
• PMP certification (required) and strong communication skills.
