Project Manager (Music Technology Startup)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to join an early‑stage music technology startup. The role focuses on implementing operational systems, improving execution, and aligning cross‑functional teams with strategic objectives in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and optimise project‑management tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion or Monday.com.
• Create and maintain a single source of truth for project timelines, workflows and documentation.
• Plan, run and monitor daily/weekly sprint cycles, coordinating priorities across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks or blockers, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Drive accountability, conduct regular follow‑ups and remove operational bottlenecks.
• Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, leadership and execution teams via Slack and Google Workspace.
• Prepare status updates and reports for leadership, keeping them aligned with operational goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations or startup coordination.
• Proven ability to manage agile workflows and remote teams.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on delivering results in a rapidly scaling environment.
