Project Quality Engineer

About the role

ALTEN Maroc is seeking a Project Quality Engineer to drive quality methodology implementation and continuous improvement across automotive projects. You will define quality pathways, manage action plans, and ensure that quality objectives are met from concept through series production.

Key responsibilities

• Apply quality methodology and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define and monitor quality objectives, consolidating milestones, issues, risks, and traceability.
• Act as the conduit for core quality teams and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
• Evaluate design outcomes, write secondary launch quality assessments, and ensure no quality impact during product or process changes.
• Report progress and KPI results to the Chief Engineer and support serial life evolution milestones.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar quality engineering role.
• Good level of French and English.
• Automotive industry experience is mandatory.
