Project Quality Engineer

About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco is seeking a Project Quality Engineer to support its automotive clients. You will ensure that quality processes are defined, implemented and continuously improved from concept through series production.

Key responsibilities

• Apply quality methodology and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define the quality roadmap to achieve defined quality objectives.
• Manage action plans, provide forecasts and consolidate milestones, issues, risks and traceability from preliminary phase to SOP.
• Establish and maintain the quality organization, acting as a conduit for core quality teams.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to meet quality targets for secondary launches and product changes.
• Assess design outcomes, write secondary launch quality assessments and ensure no quality impact after mass production.
• Report progress to the Chief Engineer and maintain a quality project KPI book.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar quality engineering role.
• Good command of French and English.
• Automotive industry experience is mandatory.
