Protective Services Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Protective Services Manager to lead a small team of EMEA‑based analysts. Reporting to the Global Protection and Security Assistant Director for Intelligence, you will identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that could affect the firm, drawing on intelligence from multiple sources and delivering clear assessments to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, providing strategic direction and ensuring timely, high‑impact analysis.
• Research and assess geopolitical developments and threats, producing analytic assessments on tactical and strategic issues.
• Draft, edit, and publish intelligence reports that demonstrate strong tradecraft and actionable insights.
• Collaborate regularly with security leadership and cross‑functional partners such as HR, legal, marketing, communications, and market units.
• Work occasional evenings and weekends, and align with Eastern Time business hours as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of all‑source intelligence analysis experience in government or the private sector.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading analysts.
• Graduate degree in international relations, security, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking, and written communication skills, with formal intelligence analysis training.

Required skills

• Proficiency with open‑source intelligence platforms.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Office 365).
