PTP Finance Specialist (Finance & Accounting)

About the role

We are looking for a PTP Finance Specialist to join DHL Global Forwarding in Morocco. The role will be accountable for reconciling all bank accounts, processing outgoing payments, and managing supplier statements across air, ocean and road freight services. You will also support tax compliance and audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Control and process payments for cash suppliers and CDZ suppliers across all product lines.
• Post and reconcile DOE invoices and allocate all processed payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and payments for OFR, AIR, and IP freight services.
• Prepare cheque payments, international payments and support tax submissions including TVA and delayed payment taxes.
• Classify, archive and maintain all finance documents.
• Follow up with third‑party creditors regarding invoices, payments and related matters.
• Support the annual statutory audit and monthly closing activities.
• Prepare required financial reports and provide data to the CFO.
• Assist colleagues with finance‑related queries and provide ad‑hoc support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum three years of relevant finance experience.
