Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support the deployment and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System across international entities. The role works closely with the Senior Quality Engineer to maintain high‑quality standards, support audits and facilitate communication between teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in documenting and implementing procedures aligned with ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards.
• Conduct internal audits covering workstations, processes and suppliers, and manage non‑conformities, corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform incoming and outgoing quality checks, analyse product returns and coordinate corrective actions with technical teams.
• Apply quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis and Ishikawa diagrams to identify causes of issues.
• Support risk‑reduction initiatives across production and R&D, and collaborate using Jira or Confluence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in quality, industrial, aeronautical or mechanical engineering.
• 2–3 years of quality engineering experience, preferably in automotive, aerospace or high‑tech sectors.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in French and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards.
• Experience performing internal audits and managing corrective actions.
• Proficiency with quality tools: Root Cause Analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, risk reduction methods.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence collaboration platforms.
