Quality Manager (ISO EN9100)

About the role

Hexcel, a global leader in advanced composite materials, is seeking a Quality Manager for its Casablanca site. The role will drive the implementation, improvement and maintenance of ISO EN9100 quality systems while supporting continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and upkeep of ISO EN9100 certification and related quality systems.
• Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction by interpreting material and system requirements, fostering teamwork, and resolving issues.
• Act as the primary resource for customer complaints, rejections and corrective actions, maintaining cooperative relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Oversee QC test laboratories to deliver accurate test results while meeting on‑time delivery and lead‑time targets.
• Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS), conduct internal audits and follow up on action plans.
• Develop quality plans and manuals for existing and new products, including sampling plans and special customer requirements.
• Track and communicate critical performance metrics such as PPM, customer credits, complaint counts and First Pass Yield.
• Lead major issue resolution using techniques such as FMEA and PCP.
• Coordinate quality audits for the system, customers and suppliers.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing quality department.
• Strong technical knowledge of statistical process control, root‑cause analysis and risk management.
• Proven analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends and solve problems.
• Leadership experience managing teams, training staff and reporting to senior management.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with measurement and inspection equipment.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and NADCAP requirements.
