Quality Manager – Manufacturing (Casablanca)

About the role

Hexcel is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and enhance its quality system at the Casablanca site. You will be the key driver for ISO EN9100 compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across our advanced composite manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, improve and maintain ISO EN9100 certification and overall quality system.
• Drive internal and external customer satisfaction by understanding material and system requirements and resolving issues.
• Serve as primary contact for customer complaints, rejections and corrective actions, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Oversee QC test laboratories to deliver accurate results while meeting on‑time‑delivery and lead‑time targets.
• Manage IMS, conduct internal audits, and follow up on action plans.
• Develop quality plans and manuals for new and existing products, including sampling plans and special customer requirements.
• Track and communicate performance metrics such as PPM, customer credits, complaints, and First Pass Yield.
• Lead major issue resolution using FMEA, PCP and other problem‑solving techniques.
• Coordinate quality audits for the system, customers and suppliers.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership, team management and executive reporting skills.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Eligibility to work in Morocco.

• NADCAP requirements.
• Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Root cause analysis and risk management.
• FMEA and PCP techniques.
• Measurement and inspection equipment operation.
• Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
