Rayon Manager – Biscuiterie & Epicerie

About the role

The company is seeking a dedicated manager to lead the Biscuiterie and Grocery aisle of its store in Fez. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the biscuit and grocery aisle, meeting targets for margins, stock, productivity, and loss prevention.
• Develop and implement weekly work schedules for the team.
• Organise and coach team members to achieve commercial objectives and uphold the group’s policy.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards throughout the department.
• Place orders, receive deliveries and control inventory.
• Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective actions to reduce stockouts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Commerce, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in grocery or biscuit retail management.
• Proven ability in merchandising, negotiation and team leadership.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret dashboards and performance indicators.
• Capacity to propose and implement improvements that boost results.
