About the role

The Spa Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests at the Four Seasons Casablanca Spa, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless experience from arrival to treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist spa guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Manage all spa treatment bookings, coordinating between guests and therapists.
• Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness, ambience, scent, and music to reflect the brand’s luxury standards.
• Promote spa services and upsell treatments to guests.
• Prepare and oversee cabin schedules, ensuring optimal use of treatment rooms.
• Enforce hygiene and safety protocols throughout the spa.
• Report any irregularities, equipment issues, or guest feedback in the log book to the manager.
