Recreation Services Associate

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Recreation Services Associate to be the primary point of contact for guests enjoying our on‑site leisure facilities. You will help create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for guests of all ages at our resort in Marrakech.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information about pools, beach, fitness center, game rooms, and children’s activity areas.
• Encourage guest participation, register guests, and schedule activities.
• Promote safety rules, monitor facilities, and respond to emergencies according to procedures.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process equipment rentals, and manage cash registers.
• Assist with private events, group activities, and facility rentals.
• Support guests with disabilities and ensure a high level of service.
• Maintain cleanliness of recreation areas and report any hazards or incidents.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unassisted (heavier items with help).
• Comfortable working in varied environments, including stairs, uneven surfaces, and confined spaces.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and teamwork mindset.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency for point‑of‑sale and reservation systems.
• Ability to read and verify information in small print and visual inspections of equipment.
