About the role

We are seeking a reliable Remote Appointment Setter to call and qualify inbound leads for our clients. The role requires fast response times and short, focused qualification calls.

Key responsibilities

Call new leads within 5 minutes of notification.
Qualify inbound leads quickly, with calls typically lasting 20 seconds to 5 minutes.
Work alongside 3–4 other setters to ensure all leads are addressed promptly.
Maintain a quiet, professional environment while handling calls.

Required profile

Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent.
At least 12 months experience in appointment setting, telesales, or lead qualification.
Fast, stable, and reliable Wi‑Fi connection.
Consistently available during agreed working hours.
Ability to respond quickly to lead notifications.

Required skills

What we offer

Performance‑based pay: $2.50 per call (called within 15 min, >1 min), $2.00 per call (called within 15 min, ≤1 min), $1.00 per call (called after 15 min).
Fully remote work with flexible scheduling.
