Remote Litigation Paralegal (U.S. Eastern Time)

About the role

Join Boyer Law Firm, a U.S.-based firm serving an international clientele, as a Litigation Paralegal working fully remote from Morocco. You will support U.S. and international litigation matters while aligning your workday with U.S. Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, including document review, legal research, and drafting of pleadings.
• Manage client communications, schedule calls, and coordinate with courts in Florida.
• Track deadlines, maintain case files, and ensure compliance with U.S. procedural rules.
• Prepare and organize evidence, exhibits, and discovery materials.
• Collaborate with a multilingual team using both English and French.

Required profile

• Qualified paralegal, jurist, or attorney residing in Morocco.
• Experience or training in civil law systems (Moroccan or French) with a willingness to learn U.S. law and procedure.
• Ability to work independently, think critically, and identify legal issues without detailed scripts.
• Comfortable with a fixed schedule that mirrors U.S. Eastern Time, including evenings in Morocco.
