About the role

We are seeking a Requirements Engineer to support the development of networked vehicle and backend functions. You will gather stakeholder requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure successful implementation, validation, and documentation.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and document stakeholder requirements.
  • Define functional specifications that are precise and testable.
  • Collaborate with software, hardware, and testing teams.
  • Develop validation concepts and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Manage requirement and functional changes, including impact analysis.

Required profile

  • Degree in vehicle technology, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle architecture and systems.
  • Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS or CodeBeamer.
  • Experience with agile development processes.
