Research Analyst (German Speaker) – Casablanca

About the role

Infomineo is looking for a curious and analytical Research Analyst to support its global clients with business research projects. The role is based in Casablanca and requires fluency in both English and German. You will work on a variety of industry sectors, helping clients turn raw data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse research requests and define the most effective approach to fulfil them.
• Collect, verify and structure data to ensure accuracy and readability.
• Assess existing research sources and suggest improvements to data‑collection strategies.
• Collaborate with clients and internal managers to communicate progress and results.
• Contribute creativity and expertise to Infomineo’s internal development projects.

Required profile

• Ability to analyse problems, ask relevant questions and think outside the box.
• Experience or strong interest in research, consulting or data analysis.
• 1‑2 years of professional experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• Comfort with quantitative work, including modelling or correlation analysis.
• Creative self‑starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
• Full proficiency in English and German.
