About the role
The Reservations Agent is the first point of contact for guests contacting Four Seasons Resort Marrakech and Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca. This position shapes the guest journey from the initial inquiry through to a seamless arrival, embodying the brand’s warmth, professionalism, and excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Handle reservation inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and Global Distribution System (GDS) in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Promote room types, suites, packages, and hotel experiences to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of both properties, including room categories, services, amenities, dining venues, spa offerings, and experiences.
- Deliver personalized service while adhering to Four Seasons standards and communication guidelines.
- Enter, modify, and confirm reservations in the Property Management System.
Required profile
- Experienced and service‑driven professional.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a reservations team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Global Distribution System (GDS).
- Experience using a Property Management System (PMS).
