Responsable d'Agence à Rabat

About the role

Bank Assafa is seeking a dynamic Responsable d'Agence to lead its Rabat branch. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring high‑quality client service, and aligning the branch with regulatory and audit standards.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the branch’s turnover.
• Motivate the team to achieve commercial targets.
• Maintain excellent service quality for customers.
• Ensure compliance with audit recommendations and current banking regulations.
• Prospect new clients and retain the existing portfolio.
• Oversee the administrative functions of the branch.
• Manage and develop the branch staff.

Required profile

• Higher education (Bac+5) in commerce, management, finance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial position.
• Knowledge of participatory finance is an advantage.
