About the role

The Agency Manager will lead a Bank Assafa branch in Casablanca, driving revenue growth, ensuring high‑quality client service, and complying with banking regulations. The role combines sales, operational oversight, and team leadership in a participatory finance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and achieve the branch’s revenue targets.
• Animate daily branch activity to meet commercial objectives.
• Maintain excellent service quality for clients.
• Ensure compliance with audit recommendations and current banking regulations.
• Prospect new clients and retain the existing portfolio.
• Oversee all administrative functions of the branch.
• Lead, coach, and manage the branch team.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in commerce, management, finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar banking or financial services role.
• Strong knowledge of participatory finance is an advantage.
