Responsable Développement RH (H/F) – CDI – Rabat – 1 poste. Vous piloterez la politique RH, la gestion des talents, le recrutement, la formation et l’évaluation de la performance. Vous accompagnerez les managers, développerez la marque employeur et assurerez le reporting RH. Bac+5 en RH, 5 à 8 ans d’expérience, maîtrise des SIRH et gestion de projet. Rejoignez une ONG internationale engagée dans le développement social.
