Responsable prospection – Marrakech

About the role

The Expansion Direction of the Supeco business unit is looking for a Prospecting Manager in Marrakech to drive the growth of its real‑estate activity by identifying and securing new store locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential real‑estate opportunities.
• Analyse the business unit’s needs using local and regional market knowledge and market studies.
• Lead negotiations of lease terms with landlords.
• Present proposals to the Business Unit Direction and the Investment Monitoring Committee for approval.
• Obtain all required administrative authorisations.
• Achieve defined targets for the number of new store locations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial field prospecting.
• Strong commercial and financial analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with public and private stakeholders in the real‑estate market.
• Good understanding of market trends, competition and commercial development opportunities.
• Result‑oriented with strong relational, communication and organisational skills.
