About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr is seeking a talented Restaurant Chef to lead the culinary operations of its flagship restaurant. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and uphold the brand’s luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day kitchen operations and supervise all kitchen staff.
- Assume full responsibilities of the Executive Sous Chef during their absence.
- Plan, organize, control and direct food preparation to guarantee superior quality and consistency.
- Prepare dishes according to guest orders while adhering to production requirements.
- Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and enforce food‑safety standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or equivalent senior kitchen role.
- Creative culinary talent with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop kitchen personnel.
- Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, luxury hotel environment.
Required skills
- Food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Kitchen management and staff supervision.
- Food safety and sanitation standards compliance.
