Restaurant Hostess (Bilingual English/French)

About the role

We are looking for a warm, professional, and service‑oriented Restaurant Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this front‑of‑house position you will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a genuine, friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide restaurant information.
• Coordinate closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest preferences.
• Keep the reception area organized and presentable at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hostess, guest‑relations, or front‑of‑house role within hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and passion for guest service.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
