About the role
The Ritz-Carlton Rabat is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of its restaurants, bars, and room‑service outlets. You will ensure high standards of service, sanitation, and guest satisfaction while driving financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all front‑of‑house staff, covering restaurants, bars, lounges, and room service.
- Maintain service and sanitation standards in all food‑and‑beverage areas.
- Assist with menu planning and coordinate with culinary teams.
- Monitor staffing levels to meet guest service, operational, and financial goals.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with local liquor laws, food‑handling regulations, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in guest and employee satisfaction.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of sanitation standards and liquor regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
