About the role

The Retail Outlet Executive acts as the face of Aramex, delivering top‑tier customer service and building trusted relationships with walk‑in and cash customers. The role focuses on meeting customer expectations, promoting Aramex services, and ensuring a smooth flow of information within the outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Attend promptly to all walk‑in customers, providing full information and advice.
• Manage customer expectations and sustain a high level of satisfaction.
• Deliver excellent service to cash clients in line with Aramex CS standards.
• Sell outbound cash shipments and address customer requirements, problems, and follow‑up cases.
• Promote Aramex campaigns and collaborate with the team to achieve outlet objectives.
• Facilitate horizontal and vertical information flow within the organization.
• Ensure timely resolution of complaints to retain customers.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics or shipping.
• Demonstrated leadership behaviours such as building teams, setting direction, and driving execution.
