Road Operation Specialist

About the role

The Road Operation Specialist ensures on‑time delivery of vehicles from plants to customers while maintaining product quality, optimizing transport resources and minimizing inventory. The role is part of ALTEN MAROC’s vehicle logistics team supporting automotive, rail and IT clients.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, monitor and coordinate end‑to‑end logistics operations from plants to dealers, fleet customers and other end‑users.
• Proactively inform partners and customers about transport execution, manage changes and resolve deviations from the plan.
• Track vehicle traceability, monitor damages and oversee special transport operations.
• Manage transport orders, PDI/enhancement services and validate carrier load requests.
• Report performance against contractual KPIs and drive continuous‑improvement actions with partners.

Required profile

• Engineering degree with 3‑5 years of experience in vehicle logistics or transport operations.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in an operational, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent coordination skills with internal teams and external service providers.
