About the role
Evernex is seeking a Sales Administrator to support its global sales operations. You will act as the central hub for order processing, invoicing, and customer communication, ensuring smooth administrative workflows and high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer orders using SAP and manage related email communications.
- Verify the accuracy of sales orders, invoices, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with clients to gather missing information and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Handle invoicing activities efficiently and accurately.
- Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including operational tasks.
- Relay customer feedback and important updates to internal teams.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Contribute to meeting sales administration targets and service‑excellence goals.
Required profile
- Degree or relevant experience in sales, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or in a sales support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a high level of dedication and accountability.
- Fluent in French and English.
